I created True Wellness by Victoria with one intention—to offer women a space to pause, restore and reconnect with themselves in a world that constantly asks them to give and do more.
As a Registered Nurse with three decades of experience, I have dedicated my career to helping others through recovery, restoration, and life's most challenging moments. Over the years, I came to understand that feeling well is about more than physical health—it is about balance, comfort, and feeling connected to yourself.
True Wellness by Victoria offers a unique blend of professional nursing care and holistic therapies in a calming, supportive environment. From Reiki Energy Healing, Sound Frequency Therapy, and Therapeutic Touch to Private Postoperative Recovery Services, each experience is thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are.
